Today on this day I want to report Nedbank And I also will sue Nedbank

I was hacked money over 3000 today on my pay day today I am in Durban but it was withdrawn in Johannesburg buy a person I do not know called khumalo he transferred 2500 to himself then he bought over R750 airtime How does that happen ??how does a person I do not know have access to my banking app and able to do transactions without m NEDBANK ALERTING ME OF THIS ACTION THIS MORNING I PHONED IN WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION GET A CASE NUMBER BUT THE QUESTION IS HOW DOES ANYONE HAVE ACCESS TO MY APP AND ACCOUNT ??? FOR ME to log on to my own account,I HAVE VERIFICATION STEP ,PASSWORD AND FACE RECOGNITION FOR A PERSON IN JHB it’s very easy for them to access my account and do transfer at 1:26 in the morning while I am sleeping this is an INSIDE JOB I WILL TAG Nedbank pages until it reaches the rightful person to look into this is an inside ****mer and you are relaxing while me and family mourn because we will not even be able to buy food this month or to be able to travel to work I am left with R1,94 in my account how does that happen what ever happened to verification because you know people are getting hacked and ****med every day

Do you know the pain this has caused my family since I am the breadwinner I have a sick parent who is having chemotherapy and radiation who needs to eat and I there are kids who must go to school Can someone please help because this has to stop This Message will be all over the country you just watch you hire ****mers who ***** money I worked the whole month for a Hacker right under your noses why were the necessary steps not taken because it is clear that it can show where and how the transaction took place ??????this Bank will cause problems for many people because you take this lite What about my family what about my kids?????how will we ever survive this???why is NEDBANK doing this to me?????????? I will sue NEDBANK for this
