My brother is late the policy holder is my mother ,when I called today to ask to be emailed the form for the claim the agent told me my mother is covered with R14 000 and will get R7400 instead of R10 000 on the app it says my mother is covered with R20 000 and my brother with R10 000 this is not fair Nedbank do right by my mother . There were times were the policy would not deduct my big sister would withdraw the money and pay at PnP.
