****mers ***DO NOT OPEN ANY INVESTMENTS WITH THESE ****MERS***

The biggest ****mers in the world is Nedbank.

Policy number: ***

I spoke to Khensani on the 3rd of April 2024 regarding the cancellation of the policy. Khensani advised that I would need to fill out a form and provide an image of the front and back of my ID card. Once the form was completed and the copy of my ID sent it would take 7 to 10 business days for the funds to be transferred to my bank account. This is what Khensani told me. The form was sent to me but I was unable to open the attachment.

I went to the bank on Friday the 5th of April 2024 to sort this out. I was assisted by Ruwayda she printed out the form. I filled in the form, Ruwayda made a copy of the front and back of my ID she then sent the required documents to *** and informed me that it would take 7 to 10 business days for the policy to be cancelled and the funds to reflect in my bank account.

10 business days has passed and I still have not received my funds. I then called the ****mers (Nedbank) and lodged a formal complaint. The complaints officer is Lungile. Reference of complaint: ***6

I was very clear with my expectations regarding the resolution. The money should have been paid out by now. Still nothing. Not sure what circus you ****mers (Nedbank) are running.

Spoke to Shannon from Nedbank now she advised that the payout of the policy has changed to 40 days.

Dear Nedbank this is not my problem. I was informed on a phone call and in person from Nedbank employees that the policy will pay out within 7 to 10 business days.

I expect Nedbank to honour the 7 to 10 business days PERIOD.
