****mers are protected by Nedbank

Been ****med out of all my savings from 2 nedbank accounts as well as my greenbacks, these were highly suspicious transactions which has never been done my me ever in the history of me having these bank accounts, I was not informed of anything by Nedbank, discovered this the next day and immediately reported to nedbank ***** ...it has been over 3 months and have not been able to get any money back from nedbank ...the apathetic way they handles this was very distressing to me , how can money from banks just disappear, banks have protocols in place as a preventative measure of avoiding money laundering yet nedbank has been very lax in investigating ...Banks are aware of the different ****s as their customers are targeted daily yet do not have the necessary security measures in place... I was not called when this was a definite red flag.... what's the point of having voice prints if it's not even used. I hope that nedbank will acknowledge the lax security on their money app and serve customers better !
