I was called a month ago by a consultant from MFC and was told my Change of Ownership documents will be delivered, yesterday I got an email stating I should collect documents 10 days after the last debit order has gone off, my question is why am I still being charged the delivery fee if I’m going to collect the documents myself? I was thinking of switching to your car insurance, I will no longer do it because of your pathetic service
