On the 8th of December 2023 I withdraw a sum of R3K from a Nedbank ATM the money came out as R200 notes only and to my amazement 2 of those notes were not of proper notes standards and quality 😐🙊but I did not panic at first because I thought if it came out from the ATM surely it must be an acceptable noted

I realized that this money was not valid as I tried to use it the same day and it was rejected everywhere only then I quickly went to the same branch to enquire for an exchange I was assisted by the manager Krishnie which she didn't do much because up to date I have not heard anything from Nedbank .She told me that they have to investigate I have send her email of which she has not responded yet I'm highly disappointed and angry by this bank how can you receive notes that are stained and torn from the ATM?????? I want my money from. This bank this is the biggest **** I've ever seen.
