Memorable for the all wrong reasons

I don't actually bank with Nedbank personally which is a relief after my experience this morning at your Blue Route branch, but I had to pop in for work as my company banks with Nedbank. Well, let me start from the top;

* I was very confused with the 1 to 7 teller set up with what looks like 2 ques which is actually apparently 1 after being abruptly told by your floor manager. After I moved to the correct que, 2 other individuals went to the same wrong que I was initially at and skipped the que while your other customers watched.

*Your floor manager on duty (+-11:00-11:30) is quite a Sergent major which is not necessarily a bad thing but when it comes to your customer experience and the tone you use with your customers then it becomes negative. A man came in shortly after I moved to the correct que for the tellers and was informed by the manager in front of all your other customers in quite a rude manner that he needs to wait in line like everybody els after enquiring which que he needs to stand in. I think this just needs to be consistent with all customers.

* I was then called by the lady at tellers 6 as it was my turn. Within the first 2 minutes she yawned in my face atleast twice and was having a conversation with her friend next to her at teller 7. By now I was extremely irritated and frustrated as I work on appointments and time is money.

* To top it off the poor man who was repremaded by the manager apon arrival then got called to teller 7 when my teller at teller 6 walked over to teller 7 and proceedede to put a 'closed' sign up on the glass in his face. This was by far the worst for me personally.

Come on Nedbank, this is the kind of service you receive at your local family store but not a leading bank in SA.

Unfortunately your bank manager was assisting a client once I was done and I could not wait around to give her feedback on my experience.
