Mediocre service

Nedbank has the most pathetic service one can come across. I made a reversal in my Acc, for an unauthorized debit order. I called them on the 27.07.2020 to follow up on my reversal, I was told to wait 48hrs. I get back on them today, on their silly live chat thing and no one can still help.

Do not bank with nedbank. They are a waste of your time and money. I’m disgusted with the service. The gentleman I spoke to, left the chat without notifying me, simply because he could help me, his name is Zwelitsha. This is so disappointing
