Mediocre Service

My Associate and I walked into Nedbank Adelaide Tambo I got thee most ****piest service ever yet again! We were shown the queue that we were supposed to wait were there were 2 people infornt of us which their transactions took less than 8mins cause all three of us went to the same door, So they were assisted and left we waited for our turn but we found ourselves waiting for a guy who was NEVER in the queue whom we ended up waiting 20 plus minutes! We then approached the lady who put us in the queue asked her who the guy is why and how he got there cause every1 was being put in a particular queue by her! & to her surprise "She also didn't know how he got there" nx we ended up spending almost 3 quarter's of an hour for a transaction that was scheduled cause of the incompetencey displayed in this branch!! The teller also belittled us cause maybe she saw us as people of no or less significant since NO apology was given to us instead we received service of illiterate or simply dumb people who had no idea where they were!!!!! I'm dissapointed and wonder why we actually chose and drove 35km to this particular branch only to recieve such and F@#kd up service!!!
