had a personal loan account which I paid according to the discount given but now their are refusing to issue a paid up letter stating my account is not closed I paid according to the settlement letter their offered and sent them proof of payment but till today my name reflects as if I owe them balance and not paying please be careful of this so called discount it's a trick to get you to pay it's not settlement as mentioned I've learned the hard way
