****med on my personal account with NEDBANK

My money was withdraw from my Nedbank account and when I lodged a complaint to their ***** department, I was told that there's nothing they can do because the money was withdraw using my card and pin yet my card is not lost. The transaction was done on the 3rd of March but it appeared on my bank app only on the 5th of March.
