Yoh I feel ****med they permanently closed my account and never bothered to notify me. Now I received money from school they had my nedbank account. When I enquired about the account they say it's closed and can't be reactivated. Now money doesn't even reflect on the app. Got proof of payment and I need the money now yoh I feel ****med. Other banks will keep your account opened for 5years and still reactivate the account.
