On the 9th of May someone sent me cash sent through Nedbank and when l was withdrawing load shedding happened the money did not come out .Then l called Nedbank the next day and they advised me that the money will be sent back to the owner of the account . Well it has been days and l call back today and am being told that this query was invalid and Nedbank never bothered to call me or send me any communication . So R350 has gone like that am so disappointed Nedbank **** the less fortunate and never bothers to rectify their mistakes .
