****med and Nedbank NOT doing anything about that

I was ****med Buy a company named Future Growth Investment and the money went into Nedbank account, I called the bank and was told to go open a case and send an email to them which i did,to this day they havent called and updated as to what the progress is.Their incompetence is beyond and safety even though i am NOT their client (Thank God).The last time i called the person i spoke to said to me while on the call is does the money in this account belong to you,talking about the account number which the money went into,but to my surprise till this day no REFUND,NO CALL has been made. Total of R7358.50 that i worked hard for is going down the drain, I need intervention regarding the matter, the police haven't contacted me Aswell so i need people who will assist me to escalate the matter and my money to be refunded.
