Masepa a boshodu ba Nedbank

For the past few months Nedbank home loans has attempted to debit me twice i n one month. I raised this issue and they said they would contact me to resolve it, they called me only once but never resolved it as the person said they were not in the office at the time of contacting me.

This time they managed to actually take money that was to pay for my other bills as they debited me on the day my salary came in.

This is ***** that they have perpetuated for months and they pretend to fix it but have no intention to and I am powerless to stop them because they insist on using a debit order for the homeloan
