Marvin George needs a pay raise

I just had the most amazing person on Nedbank helpline, it's call centre so don't know where he located but his name is Marvin George. He was so friendly and didn't get irritated w my stupid questions and solved my tricky problem ASAP. I hope management gives him a bonus for his excellence
