MARTHA CEDRES FROM MFC IS SO UNHELPFUL

I was sent a message with a settlement discount of up to 60% on my MFC account, i called to check and take up this offer and it took me over a week to get hold of Martha Cedres, She initially sent me a settlement letter excluding the settlement discount, when i called to check why she told me that i don't qualify for the 60%, instead i qualify for 10% i should take it and make an arrangement. Whereas what i wanted was to settle, So i refused and she said she's checking with her manager, ultimately, they said 25% discount, on that day i asked her to send the letter she didn't, ive been emailing her and calling her ever since. the last time i got hold of her which was when she said her manager is saying they should offer me 25% i had to get through the chat line and the consultant called her for me, the same thing happened again and she still sends the settlement letter with a discount of 10%, same thing happens today i had to get through to her via an agent from the chat and she does the same exact thing! i mean how ******** can you get? I'm not sure if its ignorance or if its incompetence. I think someone at Nedbank should take over from her so i can settle this MFC account and move on, firstly I'm no longer confident with the 25% discount she was offering me, i feel like she's *********** and uninterested which could result in her just making me a bad offer, Can someone just take this so that we get over and done with?
