Logged a service request on Monday 30 June 2025, requesting a paid up letter of a loan paid up on the 27 June 2025, it is 02 July 2025 and I have not heard from Nedbank regardless the 24hrs response that the call center advised on, that means my request isn't meaningful. I am still waiting and going to the 72nd hour
