Mapeseka at legal is taking nedbank to the dogs

I received a call regarding my old current account which has a hold and in credit, the lady from CCM gave a number for Mapaseka which is *** so she can lift the hold then I can access the funds from the branch and closet he account. To my dismay Mapaseka answers the phone then hangs up, answersghe phone and doesn't say anything but you can hear the background noise. I called her more than 10x the line will ringing endlessly and when when you try again she does the same thing. The service at nedbank legal pathetic as the staff members think thisine are now their personal numbers
