Many people are complaing with the service

I logged a claim which nedbank insurare can not resolve it, they nade me open another policy after rejecting my claim which was caosed by them, now with a new policy they are not completing or giving outcome of the claim, they are refering to ages ago,now rental car is over and I dont have vehicle to use but premium are going off every month, Please assist with the matter.
