Mall of Africa Branch - Worst Service Ever

Extremely poor and unacceptable service. Absolutely no progress, no reference number, and no meaningful communication regarding my case. It is shocking that a branch consultant can handle a matter with this level of disregard, poor communication, and lack of accountability. It makes one wonder whether the bank simply allows this kind of behaviour to continue without consequence. If this is the standard of service customers can expect, it is deeply concerning.
