Malfunctioning ATM swallowed my card and Nedbank Says I need to pay for it!!!

Do not use the ATM at Parktown Square!!! It mulfunctions, and swollows your card on the machine makes a few noises for a few minutes and then displays a " Possible equipment malfunction " message on the display, it then goes back the normal screen and when you call the help desk they are ZERO HELP! they tell you to block the card and of course there is a charge to re-issue a new card! Its such BS that these banks cause your trouble and then you have to pay them to fix it!!!!
