MAKING 'Treated like a 2nd rate citizen' HAPPEN
Went in to submit documents.

The woman who served us:

- did/would not meet my eye voluntarily
- did/would not interact directly with me
- did/would not speak to me in a language other than her home language

If I understand your language or not, is not the point!
If I address you in English, cultivate one of the most simple common courtesies and do the same!
How would you understand me if I addressed you in MY home language and refused to speak in another language?!?!?!

Dont refer to me through the other party in the transaction! Speak to me directly!

I could go as far as inciting the r@ce card as this is classic behavior of the type
