Making attempts to debit home loan 6 days prior to agreed upon date

Today I received an SMS from Nedbank which states that my home loan payment will be processed on the 20 Mar 2025 to match my salary payment date.This is absolutely unacceptable as my salary gets paid every month on the 25th.My home loan is supposed to go off on the 26th.Nedbank are keenly aware of this as my salary is deposited into my Nedbank account every month on this day.When I signed up for my home loan we agreed that the debit order date will be the 26th.As a loyal client who has been with you from 2009 I'm really disappointed.Please honour the agreed upon date and cancel any attempt to collect on the 20 Mar 2025
