Makes me wanna vomit 🤢

Oribi plaza nedbank should seriously shut their doors and move the staff somewhere else. I have never felt so angry as I do when I go to that branch. Staff are arrogant, rude and lack knowledge and clear communication. Im trying to apply for a new card. No one at the 2 front desks. When someone does see me they say I must phone to order a new card. So I say ok I will phone from your bank. He says ok and then helps another client that he was busy with at first. Then he writes a number down and says call this number. Ive sat there waiting to call from your bank and im told to call this number. What a bunch of chip on the shoulder idiots. That must be the worst nedbank branch in the country. All are just a bunch of imbeciles. The security guard outside has more professionalism and warmth than nedbank staff. Don't even ask me about the manager. Useless ain't the word
