Make Things Happen...When?

<p>I Did a loan application with Nedbank on the 23rd of April,with all supporting docs. Friday the 13th i get asked for another Bank statement-Dont know whether the other three statements were out-dated since they take so long. Nedbank has all info and still awaiting the approved amount. 5years ago i had poor service from nedbank with my business account from a different branch... Is this confirmation that they don't need / want customers?</p>
