Magically in Debt Review
I have been with Nedbank for many years and my homeloan is also with Nedbank. Last week I spent 43 minutes on the phone with Nedbank homeloans, and to date, a week later, no resolve. No answers. No explanations. A perfectly paid up to date homeloan, paid from the same Nedbank cheque account for 15 years, has been moved to Debt Review. Really?? Why?? Since when?? The minute ANY money now goes into my cheque account, irrespective of debit order date arrangements previously, a home loan debit order gets submitted. 1.) rental income is paid into my cheque account on 28 June 2018 and before it reflects on my bank statement, a debit order for Nedbank Homeloans on 28 June 2018 2.) money is transferred into my account from a sales agreement on 20 July 2018 in the middle of the month. Another debit order from Homeloans on the same day. 20 July 2018. Very early I thought, but left it like that 3.) my salary gets paid in 10 days later on 31 July 2018 and on 1 August 2018 yet another debit order goes through 3 payments in 2 months Dear Mr Nedbank Please listen to your consultant on the recording I was warned about! It is my fault?? Really?? As a result, two debit orders now fails One to MTN One to Standard Bank Poor credit rating? And who do I thank? You sir And I pay for those returns as well!!
Please move the money from my dormant Ned Credit account to my cheque account, else my telephone service gets suspended and then I will not be able to hold on for another 43 minutes with a Nedbank inapt service consultant in Debt Review.
If you want my in Debt Review, please just tell me why
