I contacted the Nedbank call cntre and spoke with Janaid Sherif *** to query that Nedbank has disabled the "submit a notice of withdrwal" functional on my Just save account so now Im unable to tranfer money from my justsave account to my cheque card so my debit order can go through on the 26th. So now Nedbank expects me to go to one of their branches to fix their mess. They also offer me to process the notice of withdrawal on my behalf at a fee of R36.00. Nedbank disbaled that feature without my concern and none of their consultants can give me a valid reason why they did that. I refuse to go to a branch they must enable that feature the same way they chose to disable it
