Made things happen for me.
On Friday 11th March I went to the branch for some transactions. I needed some urgent money from my investment account. Having been initially assisted by Lebo at the inquiries teller, she could have told me that my request was not possible and told me to leave but she did not. She kindly led me to the banker, Ms Virginia who made things happen for me... She assisted me smoothly and swiftly with the assistance of Nicole. Their assistance was kind and elaborate. Virginia and Nicole really went the extra mile to assist me and I left Nedbank happy, assisted beyond expectation and calmer. <br> THANK YOU LEBO... THANK YOU VIRGINIA... THANK YOU NICOLE... THANK YOU NEDBANK... <br> And this is not the first time I have a pleasant experience at a Nedbank branch... <br> THANK YOU AND THANK YOU...
