Made a deposit of 1k on 22nd of December via pay shap

Made a deposit of 1k on 22nd of December via pay shap. Not knowing the account number was inactive. I did 2 transactions the 1st one was reversed to my account, while the 2nd hasn't been paid back to my account. Please assist.
