Mabopane Central City branch refusing to make payments and making empty promises

We had a family saving account where we all made deposits every month from Jan until end of November. We had all planned to share the money during December and Needbank has delayed us which has affected most us financially. On Monday the 6th of December, our treasury went to the bank and completed the required documents and was informed us Tuesday in the afternoons that we need to make changes. We made changes and on Thursday we submitted the documents and was informed that the payments will be made that day before they knock off or Friday morning. Friday we did not receive any payment and decided to call the call center and was informed that they cant transfer us to the branch and though maybe it will be proceed on later that Friday but still no payments were done. This is the worse service one can have after spending almost a year saving money but the bank is refusing to make payments and this is costing us more money to be going to the branch all the time. How are we suppose to continue to use their services when they treat us badly
