LULU from Small Business ROCKS!!

I would like to commend Lulu frm Small Business who assisted me this morning by urgently blocking my profile after an unknown transaction took place. I contatced Nedbank on 16.06.2020 when I saw the transaction and the consultant said they cant assist being a public holiday - I find this lack of service shameful. Lulu was amazing, friendly and compassionate. She has even bring trying to get hold of the ***** department with not much effort all day to assist me. I wish all consultants were more liker her
