Low standards, unacceptable workmanship.

I had water damage to my floors. Nedbank sent Canyon Carpets to replace the floor , the workmanship is shoddy and disgustingly unacceptable,the cover strips have lifted, the skirtings are not even cut at the right angle, glue & pencil marks all over the place. Petrus from Nedbank says I must fix the damp problem on the floor then only they can fix the floor, how the is the untidy below standard work related to my floors being damp I do not know. what she does not understand she is encouraging the service providers to shoddy work, below standard workmanship.
