Low Balance Notification a lie

The low balance notification feature from nedbank is a lie. From what I've seen advertised, this low balance notification is suppose to alert you when your account is low in funds so that you can deposit more money your account. This in not the case apparently. On the 30th of september my debits started running and somehow my salary did not come into my account on the 30th as usual but 1 OCT morning. I got low balance notification and moments later i got another sms that my salary has been deposited. everything looked okay in my until the 2nd when I saw that my debit were returned.

I called the call center to findout why my debits were returned and they told me that my debit ran at midnight and my salary only came in the morning. I asked aboutthe smsnotification and what was the point of that sms if it didn't make a difference. I was told there's nothing they can do. On the other I've lost R130 x 5 over nothing. Now I understand why people move over to Capitec. This is **************** and its not the first time this happened, I had enough of nedbank
