Loving Nedbank Call Centre Agents!

Best customer service ever!

I called in to the Nedbank Call Centre expecting to be put through to a subsequent department but the lady I spoke to by the name of Nomthandazo Mdaba was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and eager, everything was handled on a single call. Nomthandazo advised me, she made sure I understood her explanations, she was efficient and she also did a few extra steps to make my life way easier and convenient. I want to thank Nedbank for training their call centre staff so incredibly well and also thank Nomthandazo for making my week! Keep doing what you are doing, you deserve a raise and a promotion!
