Forex absolutely disgraceful! On Friday 20 April Abel Lebono received my forex application for transferring money overseas. He assured me 3-4 days the latest for the transfer. They passed, nothing happened. Then I phoned Vivienne Wepener and she assured me that she assured me that she will look at that, of course nothing happen. Nedbank must be exposed!

Copy paste responses do not make for terrible service. Sure received a call but thats where it ends. Apology is not enough, you charge exorbitant fees and your house is in complete disorder, no one knows what happen. Abel Lebono phoned me and promised to come back before 17.00 and of course he didn't Viviene djust sent me an email saying she will investigate. That is absolute disgrace
