loud music

I am really disappointed in the way there was noise coming out of the back office at this branch as I sqt there wainting to b served by one of the ladies at enquiries I couldn't believe my ears that there was a noise coming out of the back wich was music and u could hear people sing along to it and loudly, I really felt disturbed as it was unprofessional for a banking place, I dont think I will be going to that branch anymore
