Lotto via banking app

I played lotto via the nedbank banking app. I won but my winnings was not paid into my account. Useless nedbank agent has the nerve to tell me to take it up with national lottery. What a load of **** and nedbank must not **** me off. I will gladly go bank with another company!!!!
