Lotto ticket not showing but money deducted!!!

Hi there,

I played lotto via the Nedbank App on the 13 of October 2018.

I got a notification as per below: Nedbank: Electronic Banking lotto purchase of R40.00 processed on account **4296. Available balance R***** 08:35 13Oct18

When I logged in to check my winnings the ticket is no there and I actually have 4 numbers that were out on lotto plus 2.

Does this mean I’m not gonna get my money even though my account was debited and I actually won the lotto plus 2 with 4 numbers????

Please can someone get back to me.
