Lotto ticket not showing but money deducted!!!

Hi there,

I played lotto via the Nedbank App on the 25 of Jan 2020.

I got a notification as per below: Nedbank: Transaction. R20,00 bought from a/c **1578. 25 Jan 20 at 13.40.

My money was deducted but no nowhere to be seen on my app and also didnt receive a notification of the numbers for Lotto & lotto plus. ?

Please can someone get back to me.
