LOTTO TICKET NEDBANK
I play lotto on the day the Lotto was won on the Nedbank app. My ticket i playd that days missing from my texts and mo history found. I do recall some numbers and am giving the bank the chance to do the right thing.
Ive been waiting 21 working days to date.
Unacceptable and frustrated to say the least

16 Aug 2022, 10:53After the whole situation with the missing Lotto Ticket, the bank and its 3rd party sent over the sms log for the the day i playd my ticket. Numbers did not seem or look like mine but what could i do ? The back office handled it smoothly, only thing that still makes me wonder is why NEDBANK stopped playing Lotto through the app and that after my complaint? Did the a developer or staff member manage to change the log ? I wouldn't be able to but to stop the playing of National Lotto on a bank as big as NEDBANK after my claim to a winning Lotto ticket was sent in, it stopped nation wide ? Is there anyone in the world of today that still do what is right in life even when it doesnt benefit yourself ? I pray people realise the damage they quickly do to their own soul by doing wrong to another. Never the less, NEDBANK was prompt and responded to my query, i just cant shake the feeling i was misled and deprived.
