Lost money

Hy how are you guys I'm not happy with their service what happened is that on 04/10/2025 I transfer money from my Nedbank app to Capitec for someone which was R1200 then the person didn't get the money and he even send me statement to show that there was no money received till now as I speak I tried to call Nedbank several times and even went to the branch I can't get help they say the can't help with anything I must go to Capitec when I call Capitec they also say the same thing now I don't know what to do or where I can go for help
