Lost client

I started a small bussiness and decided to go with Nedbank. This week they decided to suspend my account citing Fica review, without ANY notice. I phoned Marinda Bezuidenhout, my personal banker, who stated, "Oh, I was going to phone you". I subsequently submitted my Cipc docs etc but the account remains suspended, with emails to Marinda Bezuidenhout, my personal banker, returning, stating that she is on training. I have decided that this does not work for my business. Going to close my account tomorrow. Goid luck Nedbank. Will not leave this here. Always thought Nedbank was THE bank for business, but DONT!
