Loosing money on my account nedbank

This nedbank is disgusting I always got debits on my account of which I don't understand and this is happening every month to my account they don't want to see money on account, am complaining to them every month but they can't fix they will tell that sorry for the inconvenience while they busy plying on my account with my money am tired of this even if you contact their chat on app they can't help with nothing
