Looking for non existent loopholes to pay a claim

Nedbank homeloans and nedbank insurance, have been collecting insurance premiums since the first time I had bond with them and now they are telling me that my insurance policy was cancelled but I don’t have any cancellation letter or any communication and on top of that I paid all my premiums then then hang up on me with no call back after wasting 30 minutes of my airtime. Thank you Nedbank homeloans and insurance for your miserable service.
