Long waiting period

So I waited for a long time to get attention and create an account, finally I get an sms to go collect my card, I arrived at 11:35 But had to wait over 45 minutes inorder for my number to get called out, I go back to the front desk and all I get in an attitude not assistant. And here I was thinking it a good bank that I'm joining but to my disappointment I have to wait long hours in order to be attended to.
