Long wait to just get a stamp on a form

Today I went to Sam Ntuli Nedbank to just get a bank stamp on the form to confirm that I don't have an account with them I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for that & then worst of all when it was my turn the consultant stamped in the wrong place........ .WOW WHAT A DISASTER NO QUEUE MANAGEMENT THE SECURITY WAS HELPING PEOPLE AT THE ATM & ALSO ISSUING TICKETS TO THE CLIENTS.Bad customer service at its best WOW......
