long queues
I am at the greenstone nedbank branch and the queues are long. It's expected. But what's not acceptable is that not all the tellers are open. Only 4......when there are 28 people waiting in the queue. Then when teller finishes they disappear for ten minutes before coming back. Can all the tellers not be opened?
