long lines

I have been standing in the line in this branch for more then 30 mins with nobody willing to assist there are 3 tellers and only 2 of them deal with enquiries the service at this branch is pathetic i would have assumed that it being so busy that the manager would jump in and assist but she is no where to be seen wish there was a way to rate this service i would give this branch a 1 out of 10
