Log book errors

<p>I settled my Nedbank Mfc account in may- and was informed my log book would be sent- i was told to pay R80 for courier fees all fine and well- then i would recieve daily calls telling me if i dont collect my log book it will be sent back- Then i collected and when wanted to put car on my personal name as i was told do so in 21 days i go to licenece office- which are always a whole day affair- i get to the fron all the forms sent were copies which are not allowed- however thats was fine as originals are available at licence office- when finally seen to i was turned away as informed Nedbank had not signed their form where they said NCO signature is required...after all the nags to collect and a day off work to try do so they havent even done their part correctly- and im still waiting- and wonder who is to pay for new courier fees and take more time off for their faults and my time wasting- as they easy to tell me will be sent back- maybe it should have so they could see they havent filled in the forms and most of all havent been signed- please resolve this asap and i will nbot be paying another courier fee for your faults</p>
